Your Mind - Level 1

allows us to see our lives from both hemispheres of the brain. Learn
how to visualize with the whole brain for immediate results…Stop
reacting to people who "push your buttons"…Easily change habits

How do you decide to decide? When do you know you know? What keeps
you going no matter what? In this weekend, we will explore strategic
thinking, including how to make effective decisions and how to get
- and stay - motivated. Stop hammering in the dark - discover your
unique, individual strategy to get started and stay on track.

Building Bridges
Module
3a - The
Language of Influence
When it comes to getting what you want, are you an isolated territory
or do you have a coalition of allies supporting you? Persuasion
is a powerful tool that will make achieving your goals even easier.
Learn how to use metaphor and hypnotic language patterns to positively
influence any situation, whether closing a deal, setting a child's
bedtime, or making a date.

3b- Negotiation Skills
How do you go from discord to agreement, without giving in? Learn
how to resolve conflict and find common ground, while maintaining
appropriate boundaries...Reframe problem issues and uncover new
solutions...Foster mutually beneficial agreements that lead easily
to action. Essential for both business and personal interactions.

4 -
Windows on the World
Module
4a - Stepping Stones to Mastery
This review weekend brings all the skills of the previous
modules to their logical conclusions, and increases comprehension
and expertise. Learn how to evaluate and select the appropriate
techniques for any situation. Integrate your knowledge into real
life applications, including health, finances, business and relationships.
Module
4b - The Brave New World / Graduation
Unlike seminars that provide only theoretical understanding, SDI's
training gives you hands-on experience of the skills you have learned.
In addition to interactive exercises with fellow participants throughout
the full training, this weekend provides the opportunity to work
with invited guests. Also covered are additional skills to add to
your repertoire, including Hemispheric Integration health applications
and the Disney Strategy for Creativity.
Participants may begin the training
at either Module 1weekend. These are stand-alone events and you
may take either or both as a sampler, before deciding on whether
to commit to the entire training (all fees paid will be applied
to total tuition when you decide to take the full course).
